Charles Chewning was recently appointed as the new creative director of Donghia, Inc.
Formerly a founding partner and president of design firm CCID in Atlanta, Chewning has over twenty years of design experience and has been featured in Architectural Digest, Town & Country, Relais & Chateaux, and Departures.
He will work out of Donghia’s Design Studios in Mt. Vernon, New York.
Donghia specializes in original designs in furniture, textiles, trim, lighting, wallcoverings and accessories. It is a privately owned furniture and textile company, founded by Angelo Donghia. The first showroom was opened in 1976.
