GREENWOOD, Mississippi – Dian Austin has been named designer for the luxury bedding division of John-Richard, a home furnishings manufacturer that also produces wall art, lighting, soft goods, mirrors, accessories and botanicals.
Austin’s duties will include traveling to key European textile shows as well as John-Richard offices around the globe. She reports to vice president of design Lyn McNeil.
“John-Richard is an innovative leader in the home furnishings industry, and I look forward to becoming part of the team,” she said. “I am excited about creating a new luxury bedding collection that will join an existing line of wonderful, luxury linens.”
Austin’s resume is a lengthy one, including 10 years in retails operations as well as launching her own bedding company.
