VALENCIA, SP — Vicente Aznar, President of Aznar Textles, passed away on April 15 at the age of 78,
Aznar the Company was created in 1881, with more than 142 years in the market and manufacturer of decoration fabrics.
Sent. Vicente joined Aznar Textil in 1964 when his father died at the age of 19. Vicente worked during the day and studied economics at night; with his passion and commitment, he was the driving force behind the growth and internationalization of Aznar Textil. Participating in Fairs such as Heimtextil Germany, Proposte, Mood, Evteks, and Home Textile.
Vicente had a wide business associative career; he was president of the Association of Textile Entrepreneurs of the Valencian Community (ATEVAL) from 2009 to 2015 and Vice President of the Spanish Intertextile Council.
Vicente will always be remembered for his dedication and love for the textile sector, leadership and legacy.
