Vanelii’s Mevlut Baydar Becomes Fulltime Sales Agent

BURSA, Turkiye–Mevlut Baydar, Chief Sales Officer of Vanelli and sister company Dina, resigned his post in December, 2025 in order to pursue his career as an independent sales agent specializing in Turkish fabric lines for sale to U.S. based customers.
Vanelli is one of the five largest home fabric mills in Turkiye and is considered a high end supplier. Erol Turkun is the owner but he increasingly relies on his daughter Asli to run the business.
For 16 months of his time with Vanelli, Baydar was calling on certain American customers as an independent agent strictly for Vanelli. Baydar held his posts at Vanelli initially as sales director for nearly five years having started in June, 2021. Prior to Vanelli, Baydar worked first for Aydin as a marketing manager and then ten years with Boyteks and was also a partner in a startup fabric distributor. He has logged 25 years in the textile industry.
