Ultrafabrics Names Ollivier to New Post

TARRYTOWN, NY— Caroline Ollivier has been named Senior Director of Trade Marketing for Ultrafabrics, a new position.

Previously, she was Director of Business Development at Maharam Fabrics. In 2020, she was honored by Interior Design magazine with a Best of Year award for "Best In-House Marketer." Prior to Maharam, she spent eight years at Carnegie. Before that she was Marketing Director for Knoll Textiles for seven years. She has 24 years experience in contract fabrics behind her.

The Senior Director of Trade Marketing position is focused on developing customized strategies, co-branded promotions and collateral, event planning, and training to help develop “a cohesive and impactful marketing approach in collaboration with our partners,” according to Ultrafabrics.

She reports to Sergio Prosperino Senior Vice President, Sales, Marketing and Brand.

Ultrafabrics is a manufacturer and global brand of high performance coated fabrics (especially polyurethane-based “leather alternatives”) developed using proprietary Japanese Takumi™ technology. While these materials are rooted in Japanese craftsmanship and technology, and produced at their Japan-based mill, Ultrafabrics is the source brand and fabric producer, with offices based in the US and the UK.

Ultrafabrics’ US office is based in Tarrytown, NY, and is led by Co-Founders Clay Rosenberg (CEO) and Danielle Boecker (President). The company is a wholly owned subsidiary of Ultrafabrics Holdings, the parent organization.
