Sarazin Leaves Robert Allen

NEW YORK CITY, New York - Paul Sarazin, executive vice president of sales and president of Robert Allen International has left the company as of April 18, a company spokesman said.

His departure was mutually agreed upon with management, the source said. Sarazin was seen at the HD Show as an independent executive in Las Vegas in May but he has not made his future plans known.

Sarazin achieved his current post in a senior management restructuring last January. His previous assignment was senior vice president of sales.

Sarazin oversaw Robert Allen business in Canada and the UK with full responsibility for global sales operations including Europe, Middle East, Asia, South America and Latin America.

Glenn Gold has assumed Sarazin's previous duties for Canada as he was recently named executive vice president of marketing and general manager of residential sales in January.

Sarazin's previous responsibilities in contract in the U.S. have been assumed by Greg Tarver who was made general manager of commercial businesses in January in addition to his responsibilities as executive vice president, operations. Robert Duban was also named vice president of contract sales and was previously operating vice president of contract sales. Duban first joined Robert Allen Contract in 2003.
