NEW YORK, New York – U.S. home textile manufacturers will be able to take advantage of a valuable business tracking resource next year as Panjiva expands into the home textile market.

Panjiva is an online data resource built for executives who want to gather information about global manufacturers. Until now, the company did not have information in its databases about home textile and furniture manufacturers although it did source information about apparel manufacturers.

The online resource tracks what types of products suppliers ship, materials used, types of customers among other information surrounding manufacturing and shipping.

According to a report in Home Textiles Today, Panjiva CEO Josh Green said that the company will begin to track home textiles manufacturers by early next year.
