Miles Glidden New President of Interior Design Group at F. Schumacher & Co.

NEW YORK - F. Schumacher & Co. has announced the appointment of Miles Glidden as president of the Interior Design Group.
Glidden will oversee the design, marketing, sales and finances of the 120-person firm, which supplies fabrics, wall coverings and furnishings for Schumacher, Greeff and Decorators Walk collections. He will report to Gerald Puschel, president and CEO of F. Schumacher & Co.
''I recruited Miles to strengthen and broaden our business strategies for these great brand equities,'' Puschel said.
Before joining F. Schumacher & Co., Mr. Glidden served as general manager of KnollTextiles since 1995. He previously held management positions with Burlington, Forstmann and Carleton textile mills, and marketing posts with Nabisco Brands and Avery International.
