HAUPPAUGE, N.Y. — Kerry Galloway confirmed to F&FI that he has resigned his post as president of Robert Allen Duralee Group’s contract division as of Jan. 18, 2019.

Galloway was named president in April 2017. Prior to that he was vice president of Robert Allen Contract since February 2012.

Galloway has 25 years of experience in textile sales, marketing, and finance.

Prior to joining Robert Allen Duralee Group in 2012, he was vice president of sales and marketing for Contract Décor International. He was previously at Mohawk Industries for over three years and at Milliken for 17 years. He graduated Auburn University with an MBA in finance in 1989. His future plans are unknown.

In the past few weeks, RADG has made a series of staff cuts in Hauppauge and its South Carolina-based operations in an effort to right-size its employee count in the face of tough business conditions. About 50 employees were laid off in the last two weeks.

There is much speculation about RADG’s future in the marketplace, but no major announcements have yet been made by management other than several rounds of staff cuts.
