Donghia Sale Pending

The future sale of Donghia has been confirmed by Donghia and Rubelli of Venice, Italy spokespersons. Both companies are decorative fabric editors and suppliers.
It is understood that Rubelli has signed a letter of intent to purchase Donghia, which has reported sales of $35 million; half of this figure is devoted to furniture, with the balance in Donghia designed fabrics and the sale of other high-end fabric lines.
