January 26, 2009

SAINT-GEORGES, Quebec – Formerly holding senior marketing positions at G3 Technology Innovations and Interface Fabrics, Paul Bennotti has been newly appointed as the director of marketing for the North American textile manufacturer, the Victor Group.

Bennotti has more than 20 years of experience in the textile industry, primarily in marketing, and at Victor he will utilize those skills to oversee Victor's worldwide marketing and communications efforts. Bennotti also has special knowledge of sustainability in the textiles industry and sees this new position as an opportunity to develop and promote Victor's eco-friendly products.

In 2007, Victor purchased the assets of Quaker Fabric Corp., including warehouses and equipment formerly used by Quaker. Since then, Victor has expanded its offerings and is now one of the world's largest upholstery fabric producers for the contract, residential, hospitality healthcare and outdoor furniture industries.

"It's an exciting time for Victor right now, and I am looking forward to this new challenge and grateful for this tremendous opportunity with a company that I have admired for a long time," said Bennotti. "Victor has earned a reputation for innovation and quality, and the company's customer-first attitude and focus on the development of sustainable products are ideals that I share."

Alain Duval, CEO and president of Victor said, "Paul's background in brand development and management, as well as his creativity, enthusiasm and leadership experience make him an incredible addition to our team."
