Van Lathem Acquires Clairdecor

Templeuve, France - Clairdecor, a 50-year-old jacquard fabric producer in Tourcoing, France was acquired in July by Van Lathem for an undisclosed price. Van Lathem is a 100-year-old manufacturer, importer and exporter of trimmings.
