Mark van der Aa Confirms Textaafoam/Kobefab Deal

 
Tilburg, Holland—Textaafoam, the Dutch converter has purchased Kobe International on October 30. Kobefab, based in Valkenswaard, Holland had previously filed for bankruptcy September 25. The purchase price was not disclosed.
