India’s D’Decor Home Fabrics Buys Belgian Mill Verbatex NV

Kortrijk, Belgium–Verbatex NV upholstery has recently been sold to D’Decor Home Fabrics Pvt. based in Mumbai according to Vincent Verbauwhede, principal of Verbatex.
