Dabedan Acquires Roig Brand

BARCELONA, SPAIN—Dabedan, founded in 1984 as a specialist in flame retardant fabrics purchased Roig, an 80-year-old Spanish company from Oriol Roig last March. Oriol is now the sales manager for Dabedan and Roig is the brand produced by Dabedan.
