A.S. Creation Buys Fuggerhaus Stoffe

Augsburg/Gummersbach, Germany – On 1 September, A.S. Creation Tapeten AG, a wallpaper producer, purchased Fuggerhaus Stoffe GmbH, a high end fabric wholesaler based in Augsburg Germany. The purchase price was not disclosed. Fuggerhaus, which is based in Gummersbach, Germany, produces the Tulipan and Volland collections of fabrics.
