Texdeco and Betina to Merge

Goor, Netherlands – Texdeco BV announced yesterday that it will merge its operations with Betina BV.
All existing activities of TexDeco will be removed from Helmond to the present location of Betina in Goor. The headquarters of the Rath&Doodeheefver Group NV will also be moved to Goor.
The companies expect the move to be completed by September. The new company, named TexDeco-Betina BV, will reportedly employ about 60 people.
