MIDDLETON, WI- Springs Window Fashions expects to acquire B&C International based in The Netherlands in February.
B&C manufactures custom and readymade window treatments under the brand names of Bece, Decosol, and private label for sale in The Netherlands, France, Belgium, Denmark, and Norway.

This will enable Springs to expand its footprint with retailers in Europe according to Eric Jungbluth, President & CEO of Springs Window Fashions.
Springs produces the Graber and Bali brands for the North American market, its primary market.
“I believe this partnership will accelerate our growth,” says Michiel Verdonk, CEO of B&C.
