GMUND, Austria—Max Baumann found his way back to this formerly Baumann owned family business Baumann Dekor here after three plus years as a consultant and agent to the hospitality/cruise trade.

As Director of Sales & Marketing, Max is managing the weaver, dyer and finisher for two unknown textile investors who bought the company at the 12th hour on April 21. Purchase price not disclosed. The anonymous pair saved it from liquidation though.

Max is back working with sister Regina Siller (designer) and her son, Clemens who handles sales to wholesalers and furniture makers.
