December 29, 2025

Ilknur Dağ
Niederfullbach, FDR–Ilknur Dağ, has joined Höpke Mobelstoffe-Handels GmbH as a fulltime Global Key Account manager.
Dağ was previously the sales and marketing manager for Weavers/Boyteks, the $100 million mill based in Bursa, Turkiye. She will concentrate on global market development and building strategic partnerships for Höpke.
She reports to Lars Maier, 36 year old principal. Höpke, with sales in the $40 million plus range is one of the major distributors of upholstery fabric in Europe along with Textaafoam and Eurotex. “Going forward, we will handle the US market internally with Ilknur Dağ, former Sales Director at Weavers/Boyteks,” according to the Höpke announcement.
“Ilknur brings strong expertise and excellent customer relationships, and we are confident that she will help us drive the market in a more focused way,” the company says.
Although this is a new position for Höpke, this company already has a foothold in the U.S. market over the past 11 years as it turned its gaze to export markets, especially the USA.
As part of her worldwide responsibilities, Dağ will focus her efforts on new, larger customers in the USA. She will travel to the U.S. at least once each month from her home base in Istanbul. FlashForce, the current U.S. agent for Höpke, will continue to service Höpke’s existing U.S. based customers.
