Garrett Leather Acquires CTL

Buffalo, NY—As of July 1, Garrett Leather has acquired CTL Leather (founded in 1993) in Toronto, CA.
The purchase price was not disclosed.
Both brands will be sold through Garrett Leather’s sales network starting in mid-September. CTL Leather's product range will be available alongside Garrett Leather's existing offerings, the company says. With this acquisition, Garrett Leather expects to expand its portfolio and enhance its ability to serve customers in Canada and globally with an expanded product offering of over 1,800 sku’s in stock leather colors the company says.

Cristina Gabbrielli and Richard Harvey will continue to lead CTL Leather with support from Garrett Leather.
