Four Hands Names Jessica Green Director, Upholstery; Leaves American Leather After Nearly 12 Years as Merchandise Manager

AUSTIN, TX— Jessica Green has joined Four Hands as Director of Upholstery, a new position reporting to Matt Evans, Chief Sourcing Officer. She was previously with American Leather in Dallas for nearly 12 years, most recently as Merchandising Manager. She is a graduate of Texas Women’s University with a B.A. in fashion and apparel design (2006). Green was named as one of the most influential fabric buyers by Fabrics & Furnishings International in the winter/2017 issue and is also a four-time Pinnacle award-winning designer. Green is expected to lead Four Hands’ expansion in the upholstery category with $160 million in sales projected for 2019.   Following a re-launch of its upholstery program three years ago, Four Hands has seen tremendous growth in every aspect of its seating business, with an increase of 40% projected for the category, the company says.    Four Hands is a global manufacturer and wholesaler of home furnishings with a ranking in the Inc.5000 list thirteen times. Four Hands was Founded in Austin in 1996 and now has offices in Vietnam, China, India and the United States with showrooms in High Point, North Carolina, Las Vegas, Nevada and Austin, Texas.
