Designers Guild Wins Appeal

March 27, 2001

Designers Guild announced in December that it won a House of Lords appeal case against Russell Williams. The defendants appealed the decision.

"Naturally we are delighted," said Tricia Guild, creative director of Designers Guild. "We feel we have struck a blow for creative people everywhere who cannot afford to take on those who profit by stealing designs."
