Ashley Wilde Launches William Morris Line Worldwide

LONDON, UK—William Morris Gallery, the childhood home of the 19th century designer William Morris was the scene of an all-day event to introduce Ashley Wilde Group Ltd.’s new William Morris collection of decorative fabrics in early December.
Ashley Wilde as the converter, has worldwide distribution rights to the collection that will be shown for the first time at its exhibition stand at Heimtextil 2024, January 9-12. It is one of the largest collections ever offered by Ashley Wilde, F&FI has learned.
William Morris was a British textile designer, poet, artist, fantasy writer, and socialist activist associated with the British Arts and Crafts movement.
Ashley Wilde sales agents worldwide, around 75 people including Ashley Brodin, principal of Ashley Wilde and his son Simon, turned out for the festivities which included agents from as far away as Japan.
At least one major American wholesaler is looking to carry the new William Morris collection in the USA which also will be offered initially in European markets.
