August 22, 2006

HACKENSACK, New Jersey — The arrival of Sarah Berkley, daughter of Weave CEO Roger Berkley, not only marks the fifth generation in the family business, but it will signify a re-organization of the home and contract fabrics company.

Sarah will join the sales and marketing department in the company's New York office, under the direction of Elisabeth Karp. According to the company, Sarah Berkley, a 2006 graduate of Tulane University, will learn every aspect of the company's business.

Karp, a Weave sales agent for the last 26 years, will now hold the title of VP of sales and marketing, thus replacing Glenn Dragone. Dragone is leaving New York for life in Arizona, according to the company.

''Liz will have authority over everything that happens in our New York operation from product development to final sale,'' said CEO Berkley.

Karp's customers will now deal with her previous assistant, Diana Dedic. Meanwhile, Dragone's former assistant, Melissa Lafferty, will assume responsibility for the daily operations in the New York office. Awilda Martinez, the current receptionist will assume Laffety's previous duties.

Matthew Grandchamps has also left Weave. He served as the company's vice president of sales.

Grandchamps has yet to announce his new activities.
