Social Networking Group Formed for Young Leaders in Hospitality

BRIARCLIFF, New York — Young Leaders in Hospitality (YLH) has been formed by Adam Kubryk, VP of sales and marketing, Global Allies and Michael Schneider, director of sales & marketing of Sipco Publications & Events as a social networking club for the hospitality design industry.
Kubryk and Schneider thought of the idea when they successfully put together a group of young leaders in the hospitality interiors market for a casual outing during a recent NEWH East Coast Regional Trade Show. The founders realized that the industry was lacking a social outlet for the younger generation to network on a more informal basis.
''Adam and I had such a great time putting together an awesome group of young professionals in our field. The relationships we built through social networking made business a fun event,'' said Schneider.
YLH invites any member of the hospitality industry between the ages of 21 and 35 to join. The benefits are inclusion in social networking activities and events surrounding major trade events. Membership is free.
