Schnadig, Hernandez, Skiman in J-3 Designs Furniture Venture

BEVERLY HILLS, California — J. Lawrence Schnadig, also known as Larry to his friends, is one of three principals of J-3 Designs LLC, a new company dedicated to one-stop-shopping for the interior designer and specifier of hotel interiors.
J-3 will target all price levels for one-of-a-kind, 500 items, or an in-stock program on all wood occasional, bedroom and dining furniture.
Big orders will be sourced off shore and the small orders are done in Los Angeles, said Schnadig, a well-known furniture manufacturing veteran.
"We have the ability to take care of any custom product in wood or metal (but not wrought iron)," he said.
Linda Sullivan is J-3's consulting sales associate, working with a group of hospitality representatives coast to coast. John Skiman is one of the three principals, handling marketing and sales while Jesse Hernandez, the third principal does all of the local sourcing for the company.
Also part of the program is the Schnadig line of occasional, dining room and bedroom furniture for the hospitality trade. This is the first time the Schnadig line has been offered to the hospitality trade. J-3 is the independent sales arm for Schnadig Hospitality.
Schnadig a privately held company still owned by the Schnadig family is managed day to day by Alan Cole, CEO and Don Belgrad, chairman.
