Roberto Angiuoni Purchases Share of Texar Stoffe

MILAN, Italy – Roberto Angiuoni, a principal of Enzo degli Angiuoni, has purchased 58 percent of the ownership of Texar Stoffe S.P.A.
Angiuoni purchased the partial ownership from Giorgio Gariboldi, (retired) as part of a personal investment. The deal for the purchase was concluded in October. The purchase price was not disclosed.
Angiuoni will serve as managing director to Texar Stoffe, which has sales in the $10 million range, about 75 percent of that from exports. The other shareholder is Raffaella Gariboldi, a part of the previous Texar Stoffe group. The Texar Stoffe board will now include Angiuoni, Stelio Rocco and Paola Rocco.
Texar Stoffe is located in Colnago di Cornate, near Milan. The company was established in 1947 and produces upholstery fabrics, classic and modern jacquards in cotton, linen, silk, polyester and viscose.
