Richloom to Open Shanghai Contract Division

NEW YORK, New York – Richloom Fabrics Group will soon be operating a contract division based out of its Richloom Shanghai Trading LTD Office, which was established in 2004 and recently approved by the China PRC government.
Glenda J. Spangler – a Richloom senior executive – will relocate to Shanghai where she will serve as vice president of contract for Asia, developing a contract sales force for the Asian market and working directly with major hotels, designers and purchasing agents.
"With the creation of our R Bed line of finished product and the establishment of an Asian contract office, we believe that we can provide our customers with one-stop shopping in China," Spangler said.
"During the next 10 years, we will see tremendous growth in the hospitality trade in Asia," said Anthony Riggio, president of Richloom Contract. "In fact, many of our customers already have opened offices there. Having a team of contract specialists in China will allow Richloom to serve our customers directly in Asia."
