Koni Hospitality Appoints Steve Ladd as Sales VP

Steve Ladd joins Koni Hospitality as sales VP.
SAN DIEGO – Koni Hospitality has named Steve Ladd as the new executive vice president of sales, responsible for leading sales, developing national accounts and assisting with brand integration.
The position means Ladd reports to Donald Flor, president, and Koni Kim, principal/CEO.
Ladd has more than 30 years of experience in the industry. He recently served as senior vice president for a flooring company, Signature Hospitality, overseeing sales for North America.
Prior to that, Ladd served as senior vice president at Aqua Hospitality, where he led a team that created the brand, and he was responsible for sales worldwide. He also held a vice president position at Shaw Hospitality.
“Koni’s new direction and business model is one of the many reasons I am excited to join,” Ladd says in a statement.
