Jervis Joins Bru Textiles
October 16, 2018
KONTICH, BELGIUM—Bru Textiles, a major international piece goods converter, has hired Stewart Jervis as US sales manager, based in New York. Rumors of Jervis joining Bru first circulated at the ACT (Association for Contract Textiles) meeting in New York in early October.
While F&FI still has not been able to confirm his appointment with Bru management or with Jervis, Bru is giving out his cell phone number from the Kontich head office when asked for contact information.
Jervis left P/Kaufmann this past March with the merging of the Western/Golding Textiles divisions, where he was president. Jervis was initially vice president of sales for P/Kaufmann, Inc., when he joined in 2005. Prior to that, he was director of export sales at Crestmont Fabrics, Inc., in Hauppauge, New York. He started his career at Lanscot-Arlen in New York.
