March 15, 2007
DALLAS, Texas – Quiltcraft Industries Inc., a supplier of bedding and drapery products to hospitality companies and boutique owners, recently announced its acquisition of window furnishings wholesaler, Boriack Interiors.
Quiltcraft projects that the deal will further expand the company, which already has seen a 300 percent growth over the past two years. The company prides itself in being one of the few textile manufactures that foregoes foreign sourcing, yet continues to expand.
"We are growing by finding the competitive advantages of keeping our services here at home," said David Pearson, vice president.
Boriack Interiors are known for their curtain and drapery fixtures and woven upholstery fabrics. The family-owned Quiltcraft was founded in 1953 and now services hotel brands such as Marriott, Hilton, Accor and Hyatt.
