Biedermeier Movement Revived

Jonathan Young, CEO of Brintons Americas, has announced a new collection of carpet designs set to go public February of 2008.
Entitled Biedermeier, the collection emerges in conjunction with the art tour named Biedermeier: The Invention of Simplicity. In the eyes of Jonette Slabey, project director of "Biedermeier Inspired", "The time was right for a Biedermeier resurgence in the market place."
"Brinton's imaginative sequel conveys a trend-setting revival of its principle – the innovative aesthetics of the pure and simple essence of functional form, nature, light and color," says Young.
The complete collection will showcase at the Milwaukee Art Museum mid-February.
