Badot Leaves Panaz, Sales Manager Sought

LAGUNA BEACH, California — As of April 30, Franklin Badot has left Panaz USA which is owned by Panaz Ltd., the English manufacturer and converter based in Burnley, UK. Badot was president of the company.
Panaz is a designer and manufacturer of flame retardant fabrics for the international hotel, marine and contract industries.
CEO of Panaz USA and Managing Director of Panaz Ltd., Tony Attard said that Badot "left by mutual consent and that the business tripled under his reign." Badot said he will remain in the hospitality fabrics industry.
"Panaz USA was a start up operation when Badot joined us five years ago and now we are 150 percent committed to the U.S. hospitality market," Attard added. "Panaz USA is now a 100 percent wholly owned subsidiary of Panaz Ltd. with the purchase of Badot's stock," he confirmed.
Badot's assistant, Mai Huynh continues to work for Panaz USA and she will attend HD Expo in Las Vegas this week as a member of the Panaz sales team along with Attard.
It is known that Panaz is looking to recruit a regional sales manager in the U.S. office according to its website www.panaz.com where it is advertising the opening for a regional sales manager in Laguna Beach.
