COMO, IT — Ratti Benefit Corporation, a division of the Marzotto Group, has appointed Rossella Ceruti as its new Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Executive Committee. She replaces Sergio Tamborini, who has retired.
Casa Ratti mounted a major exhibition at Proposte in collaboration with the Brazilian architect Arthur Casas, who produced a collection of digitally printed textiles on various basecloths, including silk, modeled by Pierpaolo Maria Bertuletti, Home Furnishings Sales & Business Development Manager.

Ceruti brings more than twenty-five years of experience in the luxury and fashion sector. The company says she has built her career across international industrial and creative environments, with experience in operations and industrial management as well as strategic planning and business development.
She previously served as COO of Pomellato, overseeing global operations for the Pomellato and DoDo brands. Before that she was Chief Executive Officer of Valenza Setting Lab, and prior to that, CEO of Dsquared2.
“On behalf of the ownership, I would like to thank Sergio Tamborini for his commitment and the results achieved while leading Ratti over the years. We warmly welcome Rossella Ceruti and wish her every success in her new role, confident that her international experience and managerial expertise will significantly contribute to the company’s growth and enhancement journey,” said Davide Favrin, CEO of the Marzotto Group.
Ratti was founded by Antonio Ratti in 1945 and is part of the Marzotto Group. The company is involved in the creation, printing, dyeing, weaving, and finishing of fabrics and accessories for the luxury and design industries.
