Robert Allen to Debut 30 New Window and Drapery Collections

August 26, 2005

NEW YORK, New York – The Robert Allen Group is set to debut 30 new window and drapery collections this fall and winter.

"Our new design team has put together a truly impressive offering that further broadens the expansive product range our customers have come to expect from Robert Allen Essentials," said president Jeff Cordover.

According to Cordover, this will be the largest number in this category released during a comparable time period in the company's sixty-five years.

A nine book set named "Tools of the Trade," will launch next week as the newest addition to the Essentials collection.

"We created 'The Tools of the Trade' to provide designers with a new and improved resource for the all-important fashion basics that serve as the foundation of every design project," said Andy Pacuk, senior vice president for design and merchandising.

"We've made sourcing easy for them by providing the widest range of colors and designs we've ever offered in a single collection – a total of about 400 fabrics in the nine book set," he said.

The set consists of the following nine books: Sparkle, Satin Lustre, Sheer Linen, Textures, Sateen, Pure Poplin, Casual Stripes and Checks, Satin Shimmer and Silky Stripes and Solids.
