ELLAND, U.K. -- Mobus Fabrics Ltd., a leading upholstery fabric manufacturer, has begun its move into a new 65,000-square-foot office/warehouse complex.
Sales Director Lee Paxman posted pictures in a LinkedIn note.
“Mobus Fabrics Ltd. has begun the move to our new head office,” Paxman wrote. “The decision was made so that when we reopen all staff will have a new work station, which is at least 2 [meters] away from any other member of staff.
“We have also implemented many other safe working policies around the office and warehouse. When the time is right to reopen, the Mobus team will be as safe as possible.”
Founded in 1994, Mobus has annual sales of $30 million and employs more than 70 people, according to the company.
Paxman wrote: "This amazing bunch of dedicated people have emptied 18 containers (16,000 rolls) of fabric that were on route, which we had to take in. They have completed the move to our new distribution site and set up all the safe working policies."
Paxman wrote: "The warehouse is full; our workstations are safe, and we are ready for the market bounce back."
