Brant Enderle Buys RADG for $19 Million
Real Estate Developer Was Only Bidder

KNOXVILLE, TN—Lee Silberman, CEO of RADG (RobertAllenDuraleeGroup) Hauppauge, NY and his entire management team was reportedly dismissed as of Friday, April 26 by the new owners of the company.

Brant Enderle, a Knoxville based real estate developer and manager of RADG Holdings is the new owner of RADG.
Enderle, was the successful and only bidder for RADG. He reportedly paid $19 million for the company.
Enderle’s two sons ages 23 and 24 will run the business with no real background in the fabric business. Enderle could not be reached for comment. It is understood he has experience in buying distressed assets and has some understanding of fabrics.
When contacted about this story, Lee Silberman said he “cannot confirm or deny” this report. He was a 38-year employee of Duralee as Executive Vice President and held his current CEO post at Robert Allen since 2017.
His future plans are not known at this time.
